I am a believer in living a happy life and letting the passion inside of me radiate outwards. Lover of fitness, family, food, yoga, wine, nature, positivity and creating real connection. I believe that life is a beautiful ongoing journey where I want to continue to smash goals and live my life to the fullest. I am a passionate individual living my dream daily and inspiring others along the way.

Being able to motivate and educate individuals is what I strive to do. Everyone has it in them to be the best versions of themselves. We should feel confident, strong, empowered, proud and motivated each day as we continue through this journey called life. I emphasize focusing on goals, pushing past barriers and seeing real results. Doing all of this in a fun, motivational atmosphere designed for everyone.

When I was in grade 12 I was forced to make a difficult decision. Where did I want my upcoming “grown-up life” to lead me? Insight of all this frustration and confusion I knew one thing- and that was I wanted to excel not only on a personal level within fitness and health however it was in my heart to share it with others.

Skipping class to work out and sprint uphill alongside the country dirt roads . Meal prepping, researching fitness and bettering myself on this passion project was and still is my drive.
After high school I attended Sir Sanford Fleming College graduating from Fitness and Health Promotion in 2013. Within this program, I gained knowledge in the fitness sector including exercise, nutrition, anatomy, and business. During my time in college, I was a varsity cross country athlete and a placement student dedicating volunteer hours to train, motivate and inspire police foundations, paramedic and firefighter students.
When I graduated school at 19, I began personal training and teaching group fitness classes only to realize this was the start of something real. I was now a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer and at 21 years old I traveled to Venice Beach, California to study yoga under the idolized Annie Carpenter and her Smart Flow program.
Throughout this journey of mine which is still ongoing, I work to motivate, inspire and create meaning in life.
